Remarquable living room
Inspired from model no. 2657, this one suggests a garage enlargement of 4' wide and a house enlargement of 3'-6" also in width, most concentrated in the living room.
The garage keeps its access to the basement while its enlargement allows a more confortable bedroom on second floor. On house side, as mentionned above, the enlargement is beneficial to the living room which becomes truly remarquable with its 17' cathedral ceiling and its staircase to the second level surrounded by a chemny and a fireplace complemented with built-in furniture.
Elsewhere in the house, we appreciate a large kitchen with wall storage, walk-in pantry and central lunch-island, a laundry area on first level, a dining room with corner window in the back, an entry with adequate closet and access from the garage.
