The ever popular five (5) bedroom bungalow: The ever-changing needs of our society have greatly influenced us at Drummond Designs and have incited us to propose plans which are even more adapted to today’s reality. In order to meet with the expectations of larger and/or reconstructed families, here is a bungalow that is completely equipped on both floors to meet with the needs and expectations of these families. For these reasons, this model of bungalow is first and above all a 5 bedroom home of which 3 are in a semi-basement with fenestration in accordance with established norms as to evacuation in case of a fire; incontrovertible norms that are unfortunately, not often taken into account when planning rooms in the basement.
