A most distinctive “chalet”
It effectively becomes difficult to quality this home as “chalet” but, as its interior is laid out according to the panorama and views at the rear of the house, this was our best way of naming it. Let’s go inside for a better look.
It’s once we pass through the foyer that everything is unveiled; we can then appreciate all the assets of a comfortable chalet, that of a superb living room open to a kitchen/dining area embellished by two garden door trios and a fireplace enveloped by tall windows. We also notice on the main level, a master bedroom next to a complete bathroom and an independent laundry, while on the upper level and in chalet style, we discover a comfortable mezzanine sufficient for a few sofa chairs or a fold-away bed couch, two very comfortable bedrooms with large closets and a most complete bathroom.
We cannot stay silent about that superb rear gallery adorned with a pergola, a screened in area, so much appreciated in panoramic areas, and the double garage with upper storage, sold separately and which can be viewed on our site drummonddesigns.com under the number 2987 in the garage plans.
