Plan Styles
Eco-cozy cottage

A covered entry graces the front of this demure 896 sq. ft. cottage. Economical, efficient and easy to build, this is an incredible starter home or empty nester.
The living area is accented by a three-sided fireplace separating the living room from the kitchen/dinette area.

A master bedroom includes a surprisingly generous walk-in closet providing great acoustic separation from the secondary bedroom. Both bedrooms have convenient access to a four-piece bathroom complete with independent shower.

A laundry closet is located close to both bedrooms and a basement offers storage or expansion options.

Questions or Comments on this plan
  1. Carol Frey 5 May 2014

I am interested in this plan but would not want stairs going down to a basement as this would be built on either a standard foundation or piers. How would that affect the layout?

    • Customer service 5 May 2014

Good day Ms. Frey and thank you for your interest in this plan.

The change to eliminate the stairs would include an enlarged closet with two doors in which the hot water tank would be installed but other than that the floor plan would remain relatively similar.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments.
