Plan description
1st level: Ceiling at 9'. Entry, living room, dining room, kitchen/dinette, master suite, half-bath, laundry room and double garage.
2nd level: Study area in the mezzanine, three bedrooms and a bathroom.
Distinctive elements
Ceiling at 9' throughout the first level and partially cathedral ceiling in the living room. Master suite provided on the first level with original bathroom and large walk-in closet. Kitchen with central island lunch-counter and large laundry room with integrated laundry chute. Three bedrooms on the second level in addition to a study area in the mezzanine above the stairway.

    Can this house be made about 6 feet wider so that the kitchen/livingroom on the main floor becomes a bit bigger? Also, is there a way to make the front of the house a little more appealing to look at? ie. a different style of peek above the door etc. Could it be build with bricK?
