Plan 2945A-V1 is a somewhat different plan which is slightly smaller and does not have a walk-out basement as a standard foundation.

Plan 2945-V1 is inspired by our Panoramic style models and the walk-out basement is an attractive aspect of this type of plan especially when building on a sloped lot.

Although the former has an attached garage, the latter could be modified to add one as well.
