Plan description
1st level: Entry, laundry room, half bath, home office, kitchen-dinette, dining room and living room. 2nd level: Bonus space on the landing, three bedrooms and bathroom.

Distinctive elements
Large porch on the front and hall in main entrance. Nice kitchen with central lunch island. Home office and laundry area on the first level. Bonus space above the garage enhanced with a dormer. Large walk-in closet in master bedroom. Complete bathroom with a 40" x 50" shower.

Notes

Reversed version of original plan 3452 with stone-brick on main elevation and small enlargement of approximately 9' x 2' on the back. The main change is the new layout of the activity area in the back of the house and the addition of a fireplace in the living room. Also, the laundry area is now located on main floor instead of on 2nd floor. On 2nd floor, we now have only one bathroom and a walk-in closet replacing the second bathroom of original plan 3452. A dormer replaces the skylight included in plan 3452.
