How to order a plan online
The “Baby-Boomer” home, with its numerous advantages, is designed first and foremost with the numerous expectations of “Boomers” in mind. This house will most probably be the answer to the expectations of other customers with all the advantages that it proposes. Let’s look at these more closely. The interior with its brick/stone, acrylic plaster, styled cornices and its mouldings afford the house with the noble style that is sought- after. The garage, not necessarily double, is approximately 15’ x 20’. It has a suggested door of 12’ wide and as well as additional storage in its attic. Inside, the main entrance is remarkable, sufficiently large enough to allow huge closet and a ceiling of over 13’ high while the ceiling of the basement is suggested to be 9’ everywhere. The family room is completely open and well lighted and consists of a kitchen with a triple patio door, lunch counter area, a computer corner and lots of counter and not to be forgotten, a dual dining/living room with perfect dimensions and both share a fireplace that is well located.
