Thank you for your interest in Drummond House Plans.

For the province of Quebec, the estimated construction cost of this house for a self-building project (you manage the entire construction and do a large part of the work yourself) is 6,000. This estimation is based on provincial average prices and can vary up to 30% depending on the region, the amount of work you do yourself, the quality of the interior/exterior finishes, etc. It includes the building supplies and some labor (foundation, electricity and plumbing), but does not include the land, taxes and the cost of connecting the house to the city's services (sewer lines, aqueduct). To know the cost of the building permits, you should enquire directly to the city where you intend to build the house.
