Created for a developer that wanted to offer chalets adapted for mountain living, this 3952, as well as plans 3951 and 3953, is very popular. Is it due to the fact the it offers 4 bedrooms? Possibly. It may also be because it is very well designed. Let's take a closer look.

Inside, we first notice that this chalet is fit out on three levels including the main floor which has an entirely open activity area that benefits from abundant natural lighting, thanks to plenty of large windows mainly in the back. Still on first floor, we appreciate a centered fireplace, a lunch island in the kitchen and a dining room including a large table that sits eight.

The lower level, offers two bedrooms, bath/laundry room, a game room and a storage/entry/drying room accessible from outside while the second level offers two bedrooms and a complete bathroom for interior space optimisation and the possibility to receive family and friends without feeling of being cramped.
