The cascading gable details and arched windows echo the dramatic features found within. This airy house plan features 9’ ceiling throughout the main level with interesting vaults in the entry and forward bedroom and a 16’ soaring vault in the living room. Ideal for chilling and grilling, the front features a covered porch and the back features an impressive 19’x14’ covered deck.
The rear-oriented great room flows to great gourmet island kitchen and dining room. A forward oriented flex room could be a visiting space, games room, home office or guest room.
The master suite allows space for pampering – a generous sleeping chamber with room for seating, a 5-fixture bathroom and great walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms share their own bathroom and all have easy access to the laundry room.
