Good day Mr. Yow and thank you for your interest in this plan.

There is no plan for the second level as the standard foundation for this plan is a full basement which has 8' ceilings but does not have separations for the rooms.

You can finish the basement in the way which most suits your needs, either at the time of the initial build or later if you choose to do so.
