Yes, this garage can be enlarged to the dimensions you specified and the facade could have three garage doors (depending on their size).
Our plans show the centre support for the joists (beams). We also provide truss diagrams and complete information for the roof, but you must go to a truss manufacturer to have the trusses produced. We also include a foundation plan with footings and foundation walls.

i do like this plan, would like to know if it can be increased to 28 x 42, have 3 seperate garage doors, and will your plans show the centre supports for the joices? will your plans come with truss designs? and plans for footings and foundation walls?
It shows on your plan that the second floor it 641 sq ft but it is only 33x16, thats only 528, less the area for stairs, whats the true area?
