Before placing your order, Drummond Designs recommend that you contact the municipality where you plan to build, to verify local regulations to add a garage to your property, since our plans are not exchangeable nor reimbursable. Many municipalities will allow the addition of a garage but have restrictions on the maximum dimensions. Inquiring about this information will allow you to acknowledge the possible dimensions of the garage you can build.

The plan purchase allows you to build a single unit; you cannot resell or give your plan to anyone once the house,
