This plan can be built on a slab (monolithic or floating). However, please note that we do not provide engineering services. You will need to have a local engineer to approve the slab.

I like this plan # W 4051 but could i get it with only 2 bedrooms and 42x28 and i live in Nova Scotia. So are these plans ready to be used in Nova Scotia or would i have to have them approved.
