25 Years of Popularity
This house model, which was designed 25 years ago in answer to demands for houses of a reduced format and inspired as much as possible by Quebec houses of yesteryear.
And so we find at the exterior vaulted or curved roofing, two beautiful covered galleries contributing greatly to the charm of this house, as well as beef blood red covering, a reminder of the way of doing with relation to tints way back in that period.
Inside, we notice a very distinct organization of the activities and resting areas and find, on one hand in what used to be called the summer kitchen, the service entrance, the kitchen and the bathroom/laundry room, and on the other hand, the dining room, living room and two bedrooms. The stairway, at the heart of this house, is open on all sides in order to create a greater feeling of space.
This model inspired many other similar ones, model 3119, with still 2 bedrooms but more comfortable, and 2161, a 3 bedroom version which is very well laid out and very sought after by customers.
