Inspired by a much appreciated single level home
Much appreciated by Quebecers in its initial form, model 1478 which can be viewed on our internet site drummonddesigns.com, this single level proved itself popular as soon as it arrived on the market. Is it due to its undeniable exterior charm, with two porches on the front façade and well proportioned peaks, or its double garage so sought after, proposing both a second level storage area and a direct access to the basement.
More advised homeowners could, by inverting the kitchen and the dining areas and adding an access to a staircase in the latter, which would be located directly above the stairs going from the garage to the basement, in order to access the space above the double garage directly from the dining room.
