If there’s one model that pleased as soon as it appeared on the market, it is model 3507, of which the source plan is model 2597, which can be viewed on the drummonddesigns.com internet site, has revealed itself to be a very satisfying reference.
Following the example of model 2597, this 3507 proposes an exterior gallery over two façades and an arched window which betrays a cathedral ceiling in the living room, and simple lines which contribute to a very interesting cost price for this model.
Inside we first notice, on the main level, the presence of a foyer at the service entrance, a bathroom with a laundry closet, a good sized bedroom and an entirely open activities sector. On the upper level, the stairs rise into a mezzanine where it would be possible to convert into a bedroom following your needs, a second bathroom, and a bedroom which can easily officiate as master bedroom.
Here, the unique difference with base model 2597 is the base size attributed to the house. Model 2597 proposes a base size of 24’ x 30’ while model 3207 proposes a base size of 26’ X 32’ for even more comfort. This is something well worth thinking through!
