It is actually a one-floor house plan. The lower level shown on the rendering is an unfinished walk-out basement. Since it is not finished, that is why we show only the main level floor plan.

I am confused about this plan. It appears from the sketch of the exterior to be a 2-story cottage, but the floor plan is only for one floor. Can you explain please?
