Good day and thank you for your interest in our plans.

Our French site has construction estimates for building within Québec.

All you need to do is to click on "French" at the top, right hand side of your screen and this will bring you to the plan that you are looking at on our French site.

The construction esimate is found on the first line of the technical details ("fiche technique") section at the center of the page.

In the case of this plan, the cost listed is a starting point to which the land, taxes and hook-ups to services must be added.

The esimate is for ceramic in the entrance, bathrooms and kitchen and hardwood flooring elsewhere in the home.
