The most comfortable among its similar designs
Designed with the same thoughts as models 2837, 2837A and 3804, which can be viewed on http://drummonddesigns.com/, this model is even more comfortable with nearly 30002 feet of living space and a triple garage rather than a double garage. However, unlike its similar models, 3832 does not propose a bonus space above the garage like all the others.
Inside, this comfort translates into the presence of a master suite on the main level with large walk-in closet and very well organized bathroom. Also, the presence of a third garage door offers more versatility in the use of this space other than that which is uniquely reserved for the garage.
On the upper level we find, with the exception of a few minor details, the same layout as model 2837, from which this one is derived. While the master suite here becomes the guest suite including all the same comforts including a private bathroom. We also notice two beautiful secondary bedrooms with access to a well organized common bathroom featuring the vanity space separate from the grouping together of shower, toilet and bath. Let’s not forget that magnificent living room with fireplace and access to the upper terrace for even more comfort, and for the possibility of adding a fifth bedroom.
