A Most Comfortable Country Cottage
With a country style in mind, this design proposes an exterior fiberboard siding, which is at the same time colourful and an interesting contrast with the windows which we frequently see in white. The doors, however, will simply be painted in a warm color to match the roof.
This cottage is most welcoming with its lovely balcony endowed with large steps, and double doors which open to the foyer, equipped with a large, functional coat closet.
Always on the main level, we can appreciate a well-organized kitchen with large pantry and central island, an open dining area sharing a fireplace with a comfortable family room. We also notice a very nice home office, and a laundry room which is independent of the half-bath.
On the second level, we are pleasantly surprised by the size of the bedrooms, the smallest being 10’ X 10’; we can also appreciate the bathroom with corner bathtub and corner shower and a most spacious closet in the master bedroom, thus justifying, once again, its ‘most comfortable’ quality.
