The total square footage is indeed 3,192 for a total of 1,596 per unit that is divided into 880 s.f. of living spacce for the first floor and 716 s.f. for the second.

Please confirm that total living area for both units is 3192 sq.ft. whereby each unit is 1596 sq.ft. each. What would be the minimum lots size to accomodate this plan. Thanks
