A Solarium Breakfast Area plus an Attractive Bonus Space

Here is a house which is more and more sought after with its 36 foot façade which includes a garage with a 12 foot interior and sufficient depth to include stairs for easy access to the basement.

Once again the use of brick/stone on the facade, coupled with aggregate on the other facades, imitation copper tin covering the main entrance overhang and the chimney head and the turret style bay windows on two levels, procure this home its undeniable chic.

Inside, a spacious entrance foyer and a good sized living room with a fireplace and bay window occupy the front of the house while the stairs and a half-bath with laundry facilities occupy the center. The dining room, kitchen and sunny breakfast area occupy the rear. Here, we take particular notice of the breakfast area occupying a solarium which accesses, as with the dining room, a covered rear balcony.
