Charming Cottage Includes 2 or 3-Bedroom Option
This flexible cottage plan can orient the garage to the front or rear without sacrificing street appeal. At only 28 feet wide (not including the porches), this is an ideal model for narrow lots. For added appeal, indoor and outdoor areas are pleasantly merged by a wraparound veranda.
A nice open main level seems even more spacious thanks to a partial cathedral ceiling in the living room and garden doors leading to the veranda. A discreet powder room with laundry is located away from the living area but near the entrance.
The second level is accessed by a stairway directly from the living room, thereby maximizing interior space. Two and three bedroom options are included with the plan. Each version features a master bedroom with walk-in closet and private balcony. The two-bedroom option features a mezzanine which further enhances the drama of the living room below.
