An Original Interior

This model was originally designed to answer to ever increasing demands for American style homes with a panoramic view towards the rear.
Drummond Designs, continually striving to do things differently, proposes this very original model, designed with more depth than width thus making it an ideal choice for narrow lots, and by an interior layout including many angled partitions, as witnessed by an angled main entrance for a surprising result which is very functional. We need only take a look at the two-sided fireplace in the family room whose strategic positioning is a success.
This remarquable interior organization manifests into a large family room with cathedral ceiling, a dining room within the kitchen for that country kitchen atmosphere and by the presence of a master bedroom on the main level, with walk-in closet, a view to the rear and a bathroom nearby. Not to mention two beautiful secondary bedrooms on the second level and a superb bonus space which acts as a storage area in the absence of a basement and which can be converted into a playroom or home theatre room in the presence of a partial or complete basement which would then act as a storage area.
