Thank you for your interest in Drummond House Plans.

Since we are located in Canada (Quebec), we do not have building costs for the United States. We suggest that you contact local builders. They should be able to provide you with a price per square foot for that type of construction.

You can also contact us to purchase the materials list and submit it to local materials suppliers. They will be able to provide you with a quote for the materials, which will give you a better idea of how much this house would cost to build.

How can I find the cost of building this Plan W2125? It would be near Pt. Estero just North of Morro Bay, California. I am on a fixed income. I would be a first time buyer. I have a little saved. Can you tell me generally the cost of materials and labor for that area?
